Rehearsal Plans
Success in rehearsal is almost always the result of careful preparation. By making decisions about how much time to spend on different tasks and which skills will be developed during the lesson, a conductor is able to choose appropriate warm ups, avoid unbalanced rehearsals, and make sure that not a minute is wasted. I have included three rehearsal plans below, each one for a different level of chorus. I have also included a "big picture" plan to ensure that my ensembles are fully prepared in time for concerts and festivals.
